£6.2M disposal for national hotel chain

Multi-million pound hotel sale for luxury hotel group.

Harrogate-based commercial law firm, Davidson Webber LLP, has advised luxury hotel group Hand Picked Hotels on the sale of The Mollington Banastre Hotel and Leisure Spa in Chester to Brook Hotels Limited for around £6.2M. Brook Hotels are the owners of Leeds’ Merrion and Huddersfield’s George Hotel and were represented by Halliwells in Manchester on the transaction.
