Another property disposal for AIM listed hotelier group

Harrogate-based solicitors Davidson Webber acted for AIM-listed Peel Hotels plc on the disposal of Aire House, Leeds to well-known Leeds developers Park Lane Properties for a undisclosed sum.

Russell Davidson head of the commercial property group acted for Peel Hotels and commented "This is a prominent site in central Leeds which is ripe for redevelopment but where any such work has to be carried out in a very confined space, and largely from the footprint of the building itself. Consequently we had to agree difficult and unusual access issues to ensure the building could be developed while minimising disturbance to the neighbouring hotel."
