Harrogate based commercial law firm Davidson Webber LLP have assisted in the successful refinancing and share buy out of York based Driver Hire York & Harrogate. David Poole has bought-out his co co-shareholders for an undisclosed sum whilst at the same time securing further finance to drive the business forward to the next level.
