Golden Tulip Development

Davidson Webber acted for international hotelier Golden Tulip in negotiating the agreements for development of a new 122 bedroom hotel in central Doncaster. The hotel, situated next to Doncaster's historic open air market, is expected to open for business in 2008. Russell Davidson and Rebekah Fozard advised Golden Tulip, and the developer, Basilton Properties Limited, was represented by Doncaster based Glyn Jones and Co.
