New corporate HQ for Broker Network plc

Davidson Webber acted for AIM listed client, Broker Network Holdings plc, on their joint venture with Knaresborough Property Holdings, a Scottish funded limited partnership, whereby the latter will develop a 23000 sq ft bespoke headquarters building on St James's retail park Harrogate and Broker Network will take a forward letting of the new building for its new corporate headquarters.

Russell Davidson, commercial property partner, said "This is one of the largest standalone headquarters buildings to be constructed in the Harrogate district in recent years. We do alot of commercial property work for this client whose continued success has helped them establish a reputation as "ones to watch" amongst listed companies.
