Davidson Webber has completed the sale by Talent Group UK Limited of its leadership and management training consultancy business through a management buy out for an undisclosed sum. Mark Radtke who had ran and operated the business as managing director for a number of years purchased the business using an existing company of his Eclipse Management Training Limited as the acquisition vehicle.

The firm has handled a number of disposals for Talent Group UK through trade sales and management buy outs including a group reorganisation.
