New property solicitor at DW

Davidson Webber has further strengthened its commercial property department with the arrival of Rebekah Fozard property solicitor who joins from Cobbetts in Leeds.

Rebekah is a well motivated and focused commercial property specialist, who prides herself on being highly organised and dependable. Rebekah aims to always take a logical, strategic and objective approach to projects, and has the ability to both focus on the detail and see the larger picture. Having trained with a Leeds “big six” commercial firm she then worked for a Top 40 national firm, also in Leeds.

Rebekah deals with many aspects of commercial property law including property development and urban regeneration, landlord and tenant, property investment, property finance, and the property element of corporate acquisitions, disposals and re-organisations.

She has experience of working for nationally renowned property developers, local authorities and charities, institutional investment landlords, major brand retailers, banks, insolvency practitioners and tenants of all sizes and requirements. She also has experience of managing complex projects, including large portfolio title disclosure and title investigation exercises and group restructuring and off-shore property re-financing schemes.

In her free time Rebekah pursues her interest in studying Art History, watches a lot of films and sings with the Harrogate Choral Society.
