Large move for Harrogate commercial law firm

Davidson Webber LLP has further strengthened its practice with the appointment of Neil Large as corporate partner.

Mr Large, 33, trained and qualified in industry as an in-house lawyer with Northern Rock plc where he spent several years carrying out a variety of legal and commercial in-house roles. On qualification in 1996, he moved into private practice to focus his career on corporate finance work spending eight years with leading national law firms Ward Hadaway and Watson Burton. His expertise includes all aspects of mergers and acquisitions including MBOs/MBIs, de-mergers and corporate reorganisations, banking and private equity work, business turnarounds and start-ups, joint ventures and shareholders arrangements.
