Public & Healthcare Sector

We have successfully completed a number of deals for the public sector. We advised on a health trust’s first PFI project and acted for general practitioners on two other PFI schemes. We have also worked with a primary care trust on the development of a northern health centre. We have also acted on the redevelopment of two town centre markets.
